Here are the foods you should and should not eat based on your blood group
A blood type (or blood group) is a classification of blood-based based on the presence or absence of antibodies and hereditary antigenic compounds on the surface of red blood cells (RBCs). Based on the blood group system, these antigens may be proteins, carbohydrates, glycoproteins, or glycolipids.
Blood Type/Group A
How To Diet
Rice, oats, pasta, pumpkin, seeds, peanuts, apricots, figs, lemons, raisins, buckwheat, wheat bran, brown rice, wheat pasta, and soya.
Don't do these:
The menu includes bananas, coconut, papaya,
cashews, beer, chicken, fish, and eggs.
Blood Type/Group B
How To Diet
Vegetables, eggs, low-fat dairy, oats, milk
products, animal protein, oat bran, paneer, eggs, fish, oats, and quinoa are
recommended.
Don't do these:
Wheat, poultry, fish, and eggs, as well as
corn, buckwheat, tomatoes, peanuts, sesame seeds, and buckwheat.
Blood Type/Group O
How To Diet
Animal protein, fermented foods, egg
whites, chicken, sandwiches, etc.
Don't do these:
Wheat starch, peanut butter, spinach,
cabbage, corn, cauliflower, eggplant, oranges, kiwi, strawberry, blackberry,
coconut, green peas, and kiwi.
Blood Type/Group AB
Tofu, shellfish, yoghurt, goat milk, egg,
walnuts, millets, oats, rye, spelt, sprouted wheat, broccoli, cauliflower,
beets, cucumber, plums, berries, and combination foods rice should all be
consumed.
Don't do these:
Black tea, alcohol, caffeine, whole milk,
buckwheat, corn, coconut, bananas, and mangoes.
Noting that starvation and long intervals between meals do not suit this blood type.
